2025 MADISON COUNTY FAIR
Willis Hall Fair Exhibits
TO ENTER:
All entries should be brought to the Madison County Fairgrounds, (3237 Old Irvine Rd, Richmond, KY 40475) on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and /or 2:00PM to 6:00PM. If you have questions, please contact the Madison County Cooperative Extension Service at (859) 623-4072.
**We encourage those with multiple entries to pick up entry tags at the Madison County Extension Office prior to July 21st. If you cannot make it to drop off your entries on July 22nd, please contact one of the agents to make prior arrangements.
Entries will be on display in a climate-controlled facility from the day of entry through Saturday, August 2, 2025, (day of pickup).

Several have asked about the new vendor agreement for 2025. I will post a link to it below. Please note that per our new contract with the carnival company that vendors will NOT be able to sell the following items this year: cotton candy, candy apples, caramel apples, popcorn, funnel cakes (or anything similar), soft serve ice cream, corn dogs, or pizza.

We are changing up our equipment auctions a little bit this year. We entered an agreement with the folks at Bluegrass Stockyards. We hope it is beneficial for all parties involved. We will be having a total of four equipment auctions this year. The remaining three auctions will be on April 19, July 12, and October 11.
